Ok, there is not a set timeframe when I need to have this all be ready. I am hoping to build on things, so initially I want to narrow down on a TV that I can use for both purposes if I can. On the TV I don't mind increasing my budget and getting something that would be nice as HT setup but...

Well, the PSU on that HP is 350w and I don't know if that can handle the new video cards. Additiionally, if I do get it, assuming I would have to swap out the PSU and add in a new card I think it'll cost me another $100 bucks or more anyways, so I guess I am better off building my own system...

Why do you say it will be CPU limited? I mean for the most part I will be using it for gaming, internet and othe word processing tasks. I have not OCed my machine but may do that however I am still trying to decide as to if I should go with Sonata or some other case.
