I have a Big Typhoon cooler on my processor so we can't simply compare apples to apples in this case... upgrade your cooler for a few bucks and you'll definitely have lower temps than me!

Indeed. Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced Tab -> Startup and Recovery Settings -> Edit -> Change the text that states "/noexecute=OptIn" to "/noexecute=AlwaysOff".
