x800xt. dosen't exist!.. questionable ethics.

I got my X800 XT a little over a month ago for a low low price of $790... hahah i dont care i wanted it and i got it thats all that matters to me. :-P

X800 XT stil beats the 6800 Ultra and over at Firing Squads site it beat the Ultra by even more than it did at IGN. Sorry, had to say it all the Nvidia fanboys had their fun with doom 3 ..... Flame away... im not listening

GeForce 6800 Ultra Extreme or Radeon X800 XT Platinum Edition

I have the same system your building cept i only have 1 GB corsair RAM. I went with the X800 XT Platinum.. its a great card do a search for my posts and you can see my benchmarks in far cry doom3 and other games... i paid 780 for my card on ebay.

yes, the 6800's are the best doom 3 performers.. no doubt. Also even if i screenshot the end of the time demo that shows the results that doesnt tel lthe resolution or settings it was run on, and if i take a screen shot during the demo it doesnt say the FPS. So what would stop someone from...

CATALYST 4.9 Beta drivers for doom 3

My Doom 3 Benchmarks

No i didn't just stare at the wall and write the FPS. I PLAYED through the Aplha labs level..... I fought monsters, ran strafed and jumped, and i used the flashlight a lot. How do I run the standardozed demo? I couldn't find it... tell me how and ill be m,ore than happy to post those results.

I've got mine on Ultra settings with 4X AA at 1600X1200 and Im still above 50FPS mostly at 60 when no enemies around. And ive got an X800 XT.... who needs an Nvidia

OMG X800 only 30+ fps

30 FPS should run completely fine, My X800 XT is also powered by my Athlon FX-53 and I'm sure ill be getting over 35 FPS. And if i want to ill buy a 6800 Ultra to... because i make good cash and I spend it how I please..... hows that for an idea?

Doom 3 Requirements.

I am positive my comp will be blasting through doom 3 at the maxed out 60 fps. I have the settings on far cry maxed with full AA and AF and I NEVER drop below 30 FPS and my average is over 60 FPS.

How will an X800XT help my rig?

i get well over 100 FPS in PAinkiller with the settings maxed on my XT PE... then again i have the card paired with an AMD FX-53 :-)

MY X800 XT BENCHMARKS

The max setting in Far Cry is 4 for AF so it is set to the max at 4 and the max AA setting. I have the graphics maxed as high as they can go. I have a great system what can i say... FX-53 is a great processor paired with a great video card.
