Forced to reflash Bios after every shutdown

I just built a new computer with the below specs. Since the motherboard is a Gen3, I had to flash it using the MSI BiosFlash button and a USB drive to be able to recognize my 3600. The problem is, almost every time I shut my computer down and reboot it, I get the little red "CPU problem" light...

I would assume it is the computer that is lacking the EMI shielding and not the phone. I have had 2 different models (Moto Droid X and Galaxy S5) and it happened with both of them. I have never had or seen a computer that had this issue. What part is exactly being affected by this issue? Besides...

I would say anywhere outside of 3-4ft of the tower the issue doesn't occur

Yeah I am utterly clueless. Computer works fine. I game, etc. But if I have my phone on the desk next to me and I get a text, etc, Screen blanks out.

I have been experiencing a weird issue ever since I built my computer 6 months ago. If I have my phone on my computer desk (say 2ft away from the tower), every time I receive a text on my Galaxy S5, the computer screen goes black, as if the video card fails but all of the fans are still running...

Bare with me, obviously I am a little slow :( but I think that is what I have done and tried to describe in the previous post but failed. Using forming a triangle length a = 144 , height b = 26, I found Angle = Tan^-1(b/a) = 10.23 Can I then setup my triangle for the longer vehicle (a=192)...

Assuming I need it to be able to handle the same inclines and declines, wouldn't it be the same to just take 144/26 = 192/x , since I think the angles would basically not factor in?

Nope the camera view is definitely locked in and I haven't found any kind of option that would be helpful by pressing menu. I travel a ton for work, so I do use the navigation a lot, so I feel pretty proficient in knowing how to use it.

I am running a stock Droid X with 2.3.3 . Up until recently, the navigation arrow would "turn with you" and you would always be moving forward. Now the navigation view is directly looking down on the arrow and does not rotate at all (Think of the old GTA games). So if the arrow is going downward...

When you say you will be "visiting September Week 3", would that be the week starting September 12th or the week starting the 18th. Basically, does this week count as the first week in September or not. Stupid question I know, but I have myself confused now...
