    I am on the latest iTunes and I manually downloaded 5.0.1 to use Shift+Restore since I think it's ridiculous to have to download the firmware each time you try to restore.     Thanks everyone for the welcome! I just upgraded to a Q6600 for my rig. Tried out Folding@Home on my everyday use machine at 100% and it's not even impacting my day to day activities one bit... so I let it run about 15 hours per day while I'm on the machine.
