    one thing to remember is that the sempron is in a separate family. I think amd is trying to say that it would be comparable to a celeron running at 3.1Ghz not an a64. The a64 family is higher up so it shouldn't compare down. A p4 2.8 still clobers the new celeron. (as an example)
