So my daughter took a $15,452.00 chopper ride.

This same thing happened to my brother when he was 4, minus the helicopter ride. My family ended up with $40,000 some in bills, and we only ended up paying 2000-3000 in deductibles. Glad to hear your daughter's doing ok.

No, but I would certainly try to push my own invention(s) at my own school. I guess it really doesn't matter. Also, I don't attend berkely (what with my living in Colorado), so I don't really know how prevalent BSD is there. PS: I'm not a BSD whore, I promise.

I had a crappy Magic Writer 4x CD burner that did weird stuff like that. It really likes cd-r's with blue die. I can't get it to burn other stuff with any integrity, although a firmware update on it did fix it so it will write UDF semi-reliably

If you are using a via or sis chipset, they sometimes have very weird memory controller problems. Run memtest86 to see if your memory/controller are ok.

Pic1 Pic2 Pic3 I'm modding an enlight for a friend of mine. Sorry the pics aren't better, I'm a poor photographer. The pics don't quite do the case justice. Still need to etch/install a window, change out LED's, reinstall buttons/LED's and polish the paint.
