No beep at startup and nothing on screen

I tried turning it on w/o the video card, and it didn't even make any kind of beep... w/o video I think its supposed to make 2 beeps. So, I think I fried my motherboard chipset, becouse yesterday I changed my dead Abit chipset fan with a NB-1C passively cooled. I was running it with that dead...

When did Windows Update recieve an upgrade?

You probably went to http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and it changed that to your default windows update. When I used it it set v5 as the default windows update...

When did Windows Update recieve an upgrade?

You probably used http://v5.windowsupdate.com/ and to see if your running SP2 right click "My Computer" then click properties, and it should say under "System" in the "General" tab.

Which Monitor?

I would never go higher than 16ms, becouse I had a samsung 25ms LCD before and it had lots of ghosting in games like CS... So I think 16ms and 12ms is a must.

It isnt as loud as a vacum cleaner...lol But its just kinda noisy. I got that Zalman CPU cooler too.

I ordered a BFG Geforce 6800 GT and I dont care how loud it will be as long as its not too loud becouse my comp is already kinda loud, I got a total amount of 12 fans in my case.
