My BSOD comes right after booting up. After it does the Windows XP screen ..bsod. Reboots on its on..and repeats over and over.
Had to boot intosafe mode and uninstall sp2. Will wait til theres a fix. ?
I *think* it can. I mean it says its on a Mini-PCI port. SO maybe if you hack her open, disconnect and connect another mini-pci card?
If not, then just pickup a PCMCIA or USB nic.
I'd just like to say how awesome E-Machines is.
My aunt mislabeled the envelope for the rebates.
The one that was supposed to go to Best Buy's center got sent to e-Machines.
They were nice enough to send me a letter saying that, and everything I sent them. Giving me a second chance to send it...
well the thing about the driver on the restore DVD is its 6months old.
I believe the option you're looking for in the winnt.sif is
DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore
or something to that effect.
That works, as far as i know though, only for drivers installed during WinXP installation.

I just got an m6805 today (well yesterday now). Anyway.
I'm tryin to update all the drivers on 'em. And I can't seem to find a driver for the ATI?
I tried the latest catalyst for regular radeons. But it says it cannot find the proper hardware and/or software.
I tried another (i think modified)...
