My cC0 566 runs fine at 850 Mhz @1.7V. It even runs at a 1000Mhz at @1.8V and even boots into windows at 1050Mhz @1.9V but crashes quickly. I think I can get 124Mhz FSB on this guy if I get a better heatsink. I"m using the stand hsf currently.
BTW, all cC0 runs at 1.7V I believe, even...
I got a retail that was packed in November and its cC0 (1.7V). It overclockers better than my cB0 C2566. I wish, they release 533a's with cC0. it might be possible to run it at 133 Mhz FSB. Now that would be awesome.

Yupe, they sneaked in a customer canceled on my order. I guess that's why they asked for my address and order number after I ordered. It seem kinds of strange when my address was correct when I ordered.

Mookie, you should inspect the shrinkwrap carefully before opening. If it is original, it should have Intel Corporation watermarks on it. Its very light marking but if you hold it up ot the light, you can easily see it. BTW, almost anyone can shrinkwarp so don't assume that buy.com or ingram...
Thanks Hoopy,
I just went to Lowes and it was waiting for me since 9 AM yesterday. Cool. It was probably the most easiest shopping experience at any B$M store. Just walked in to CSR counter and walked out with two Dremel.

With the money I saved over the XBR, around 1000+, I should be able to get a nice HDTV set in a couple of years when all the dust settles. anyways, watching widescreen when it becomes mainstream on 4:3 screen sucks. within the next year, new HDTV sets will put your XBR to shame. if you can...
The 16:9 format works if your dvd player outputs for 16:9 format (widescreen). This will display everything squished horizontally (ppl are skinny :) ) or look like everything is stretched vertically.
Enable 16:9 compression and everything will look right. If you watch a movie that is 2.35:1...
I use the same method I pull a monitor out of the box.
Open the top flaps. Flip box upside down with TV inside. Pull box up and out of the way. Flip TV back over.
Reserve to get TV back inside the box.
Note: if you have hardwood or any other type of hard surface, use some sort of padding.
Well, this morning I watched CNBC and I did notice the slight wave on the stock ticker as some of you mention. I thought my picture was perfect but now I think it still fine. Does that statment make sense?
I don't know how severe your wave is when something is scrolling horizontally but I...
Has anyone ordered a tv stand from 800.com? I ordered mine on Tuesday Night. It came today (Thursday) via UPS, :). It took bascially one day since I ordered in the evening. Are they shipping these via overnight?
to K-sqaured,
I purchased the KV32FS12 (non PIP) model on 11/22. My...
Insomniac, I'm almost positive that my DVD outputs at 480i via component video. But, I don't know the maximum resolution that the Wega TV can output. I see some TV's listed at 900 or 750 or 600 lines of resolution. For Wega, its doesn't apply for some reason, maybe b/c its a vertical line...
I have the 32" FS 12 model and its fine. It might look concaved to some. It did for me at first but now it doesn't.
On picture quality, my cable tv looks very bad on some channels and better on some. Overall, I don't like my cable TV anymore. Might have to get sat TV.
When I view my...
I also just received my Wega TV.
I was expecting the worst but to my delight everything came out great!
Eagle Air notified me an hour prior to delivery and had no problems finding my house. The two delivery guys were very courteous and did a great job getting the TV into the house. They...
You get a gift check (actually a code) in the mail if you purchased over $299 between 11/22 and 11/30 from 800.com. It was a promotion that was active last month. The ideal time was to buy on 11/22 when they had that and also 20% off on 32"+ TV's and DVD players.
Got my ebates applied and just received my $50 gift check from the Wega TV deal. Final price for me sofar is 720 - 34 - 50 = 636. It is a Hot Deal!. :)
I figure the cheapest one could have gotten the 32FS12 was $606 if one used the Citibank 5% discount vice $20 or $30 coupon. Wow, that's...
Vpham,
I believe you might be able to put components side to side, so you can have up to 4. I know some VCR's are a little narrow than others.
BTW, how would a 36" stand look with a 32" Wega? I figure it will provide more space. Its only 4" difference.

I hope they smash my Wega too. J/K.
I found a place that explains how to configure the Sony's using their Sony Service Settings options. Try at your own risk.
anyone tried it out and like or dislike it? i plan to use it with a pc that will be connect to my tv in the living room. i did not like the wireless mouse since i need a surface to use it.
One note to be aware, the FD2 is the old model and is black. The new model FD3 which is sold by 800.com is silver and matches the WEGA.

I have to say that even I though I had my reservations and almost missed out on this deal (initial out of stock), I have to say that I am very happy with my decision. I was able to order my 32" Wega on 11/22/00 (wow, lucky me, another $50) even though I felt at the time (before 7:30pm), I...
geoffkin,
you know how bet get hot deals. ur a master.
i used my personal coupon $20 to buy the TV. I should have saved it for the TV stand and used the other coupons. oh well. I might buy it through brandforless so taht I can get an extra $20 off for shipping. 800.com has been great...
NE1 find a good deal on the tv stand for the wega (32" model). So far, I've been looking in Crutchfield for the SU32FD3. with shipping it comes to $190 and I will receive a 20% gift cert back. I rather buy it for less without a gift cert.
Also, I also in need for a Video component input...
