    It takes balls sometimes to ask questions-I respect them for that. I'll be honest, sometimes they are annoying, but they have tremendous courage for going to school. Its not easy to learn at an older age, plus they have no interaction except in class. They just aren't used to our customs I guess.

    read up on leptin and refeed days. If done properly, usually once a week, eating 5000 CLEAN calories will not only give you more strength to lift harder at the gym, building more muscle, but the secretion of leptin allows you to burn more fat. I do it once a week with a lot of steak and yams.
