A day ago, I got this email:
Michael,
Congratulations on passing the AMD64 Challenge! Unfortunately, your company is not currently eligible for the Employee Purchase Program pursuant to the Official Rules, which limits eligibility to ?employees of AMD Solution Provider members at the gold...
called AMD and the rep. said that he doesn't have any information regarding it, and he suggest that i email solution.provider@amd.com and ask them....so i did, and yet no feedback.
that's what it is....i wanted another one lol
but i called TG (i know, I KNOW) and they said that it WAS a problem with AMD's servers, and they'll be sending out emails again. Unfortunately, I haven't recieved any emails from AMD because I didn't put down an alternate email address; therefore...
E9305024 : Canceled
I'm sooo pissed.
edit:
well....hopefully it's a glitch in AMD's servers, and I am expecting a phone call....has any one else been called about anything before?
yeah...it's probably different depending on where you live. for example...mine's shipping from ohio, (called td) and my order # is E93050xx and it's still on 'To drop shipper', while others who live closer to their shipper, have already shipped.
we are all getting mixed answers from TigerDirect...i called about 45 minutes ago and they said that my order, E93050xx was going to be shipping directly from AMD's warehouse and that it could take up to 2 weeks....:-/
btw who's recieved them already and what were your order numbers?
well....a 300w power supply is hardly enough for anything these days. i've got 1 cd, one hd, and 4 case fans. with 400w i'm still pushing it a little
i guess you could try the 300w on it...but it may be unstable and you could end up with some trouble.
power supplies aren't that cheap...
you have to remember...that's NOT AMD's order numbers, that all tigerdirect's numbers. sooo....not all of those are the AMD bundle deal. but they still have to process all the orders, which could take up to about 2-3 days for 3000 orders.
should have gone thru newegg :D
just letting you guys know...if you are still waiting for it to ship, they DON'T ship on saturdays and sundays. sooo....wait for monday to roll around, and you should get your stuff.
i believe we AALLLL will. who wouldnt? you can't even get a 3200+ for $192! it retails for $282, and the motherboard's about $114, and the farcry game is $40. that's over $400 for the price of $192. who WOULDN'T enjoy it :)
i sooo happy i saw this. first thread i look at after...
i guess i have a few more days until it ships. everyone's that has shipped is in the high 2's...like E9296xx shipped...and mine's like E93050xx. do you think it will still ship? it has already been deducted from my credit card so.... :/
ok...my orders on DROP order...and it says 7-10 days? how have people already gotten theirs shipped? someone also said drop order is 2 days. i don't get it.
isman...it sends all the order confirmation to the 'secondary email' account when you signed up. i didn't put anything in there...and...
that's because that's the end of the 'training' page. it took me a while.
go back to where you chose the AMD Training, and there's an icon next to it called the 'AMD Challenge'
it would be a good bit better. first of all...the 64bit and the new core. also the bandwidth between the cpu and the gfx is something like 6.8 GB/s. in gaming...youi'll notice a great increase. also...if you get the 64bit version of windows which microsoft IS allowing for download off of...
1) Which hub is it?
2) How many devices you have hooked up?
3) Try pluggin them in one at a time, booting, and see if that still causes the conflict.
I've never used a hub before...but it does sound like a power issue.
it could just be the mic :)
there's no program that will do a better job at a 20db boost. a boost is a boost.
also...onboard sound is never too good. especially via chipsets.
