    I was wondring the exact same thing. You said you don't are about SLI, so just get an NF4-Ultra motherboard. You will save yourself around $50, and probably wont notice the difference. However, if your sticking to an SLI board (why???) then my vote goes to the Asus A8N-SLI Premium.

    That is acutally not passivly cooled. There is a fan on the back of the card. Boonesmi, the Gigabyte X800XL is the fastest fanless card out there, but to my knowledge it is only PCI-E. If you want to stick with AGP, Gigabyte may have a fanless 6600GT.

    First off, like I said, I know the difference, but not everyone will, 2nd off, its not just the GT. Look at the X800XL example I gave. They only have 1 x800xl, but its a downclocked DDR1 card. There 6600GT is also downclocked. Im sure if I looked there are other examples also.

    I sure as hell know what I am buying, but not everyone does...and Asus is trying to take advange of that, plain and simple. If they werent, they would give there cards different names to make the downgrades to the standard more apparent, but they dont.

    Yeah, its just rebadged BBATI, so no worried on the quality of the card, it should be good. The customr sevice in the event of problem however, that I cant vouch for. I would say go for it. Its a great price.

    A 6600GT is an 8-pipe card, so if you unlock the 6200 and can OC to the same speeds, woudlnt the cards peform the same? Does the 6600GT core have other enhancements that makes it faster clock for clock?

    Agreed...both the Xpres200 and X300se suck for gmaing, its not their purpose. You could get a 6200 for around $80 (NOT A TUBROCACHE) and unluck the extra 4 pipes, then overclock it...should be the performance of a 6600GT.

    Well, the stuff actually arrived tonight, about 2 hours ago. I decided to play it safe and test it outside my case, and boy am I glad I did. The radatior leaks like no other. There has to be a hole in it, coz as soon as the water hit it, I had a mess everywhere. This thing is going back pronto.

    Yeah, I concidered dye, but got blue UV tubes instead. Same effect, less mess. Also, I have blue cathodes in my rig already, and id rather not replace them with UV. I think stuff with UV looks cool, but I dont like the purple light UV cathodes give off.
