i would say you try to upgrade both of them a little bit if you can but if not i would just go with the 6800 if your only gonna be doing lots of gaming but otheriwise the 3.2 will give you a better overall boost, just my opinon

if your looking for a full tower the chenming 602 is a solid choice its aluminum (14lbs!!!!!!!!) but for a mid-tower http://www6.tomshardware.com/howto/20030428/case_review-03.html#atcstek_mro16 that looks like a solid case too
