    system properties reports 1024 mb...which is right DXdiag reports 1024mb as well on system tab however MSinfo is reporting 2048mb of ram is there a way to isolate what is causing the problem?

    Hmm....thanks for all the replies. So if there is nothing wrong with 1.5 then why do all the 2.0 6800 GTs cost on average 40$ more. I checked its not like the extra 30-50$ is for extra software of DVI etc etc, it just seems like the ones with OpenGL 2.0 cost more.

    Does it matter? The fact that I have the 98SE disc looks better than paying 100$ for XP. If 98SE won't cause problems with installation/drivers etc then I'd rather keep it. Everything about XP just doesn't sit right with me.
