I'd suggest you adjust the voltages as well.
I'm still running fine at 340FSB, through many reboots, but I had to OC the PCIe (110Hz) and set the voltages to +.1 and CPU to 1.35 to do this. Now I may not need all of the voltages set at +.1 but I haven't got any urge to fidle around anymore...
Still running well with the E4300 at 340FSB. Haven't needed to increase the vcore past 1.35 and temps are fine. RAM is running at a slight overclock and manually set to the specified 5-5-5-15.
I could probably turn down the PCIe a little but everything is running fine and the X1650 should...

Well it looks as if I'm ok, based on LiLithTecHs' numbers I need between 258 and 231 Watts for my rig. Although If my components are running at the higher end I don't have a lot of margin with my 300W PSU.

Something like this happened to me about 2 weeks ago. The only solution that worked was to reinstall XP. Tried system restore and an XP repair but none of them worked.
Have you tried testing your memory. I have an A64 and had a lot of trouble getting the memory running as fast a I could without crashing. Running memtest will check if your memory is ok and at least eliminate that from the problem.
I have a 300W PSU which seems to be running ok, but I'm a bit concerded that I'm running right at the top end of what the PSU can do.
Are therre any utility programs that can check the power draw in operation and compare it to the PSU's available power output?

I don't know if this helps, but I'm running an A64 3200+ at 220 FSB on a K8V (not an se or delux) its a clawhammer core not a newcastle.
