I highly suggest not crash dieting like that. I lost 50 pounds from NOT dieting... as in I used to do all those crazy diets, and after I threw in the towel and said F*%# it, I started losing weight.
Just eat in moderation, watch ur overal calories, and workout at least 5 days 30 minutes each...
