    Why is this confusing? Every step of the process isn't handled by the GPU, portions are still done by drivers which run on the CPU. If the GPU is doing more it is because the drivers (running on the CPU) are sending more instructions.

    Countering views in a thread in the AT forums are not a measurement of clarity by any means. Don't get me wrong, I acknowledge the small chance that I could be wrong on this thanks to general marketing BS... but "3.4GHz+" means minimum 3.4GHz, anything else would be absurd.

    Don't be obtuse. 3.4GHz+ clearly means 3.4GHz or higher, which means the base clock is 3.4GHz.

    The leaks are saying it has auto-overclocking with no predefined "top" boost based on cooling capacity, LN2 was mentioned so it appears it can go balls to the wall on its own without user intervention.
