"Official" DFI nF4 Ultra-D / SLI-DR Thread

I called the Fry's here in oregon, the sales guy said currently only the ultra-d is listed in their system and the price is $179.99 and they were out.

Confused about IDE devices on Asus P5GDC-V Deluxe

set the ite to just a normal controller in the bios so it wont try to do raid. You will still need the drivers for the controller installed on your os though. When you choose your boot devices then it will show the hard drives once you save and exit and go in again.

PC won't stay off

I'm having a somewhat similar problem depending on the bios rev, a reboot will shutdown and then turn the system back on. I've tried totally different hardware on 2 p5gdc-v and 1 p5gdc and it will do the same thing sometimes on 200fsb and on all of them when it goes over 200fsb. I've had it...

A64 vs p4

well at the shop i work at we have had 0 athlon 64s come back that were really dead, weve only had a few boards that have come back with issues also. right now we're selling more athlons 64s then p4s but when intel releases their new loner chips motherboard sales will probably even up a little

Asrock socket A motherboard ?

i'be built alot of them using the k7s41gx, rma issues have been mostly nil but it definetely doesnt win in the performance area, the bios is very minimal not many tweaking options at all. If you're just looking for a cheap board for a system thats just going to be used for office, browsing, etc...
