    I've got a ton of back pain from working 14-16 hours a day on a computer. My doctor prescribed me some anti-inflammatory pills and some valium, neither of which did a damn thing, but I also have a few sessions set aside with a rehabilitation specialist, which I have yet to take advantage of.

    IE 4 Life on my machine. :P No spyware, no adware, just great surfing. Not that FireFox does have any of that, but most seem to blame IE for the fault of spyware when in fact its the user that lets it install.
