Sorry, meant CompUSA.
They were OOS so I did a raincheck order. I am going to take a copy of the CompUSA website printout when I go to pick-up and try and get PM.
I can confirm $9.99 on...
Diablo 2
Diablo 2 Expansion: Lord of Destruction
Myst Uru : Path of the Shell
Star Wars: Battlefront
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War
I was there last night (and bought SWBF (2 copies) and Dawn of War).
I could have sworn that I had the salesperson check...
Buyers beware! Logitech is very particular regarding honoring the warranty. I bought one of these from Overstock.com and it stopped working. Called Logitech and they stated that Overstock.com is not an authorized dealer, and therefore they would not honor the warranty. Not sure if newegg.com...
If this is the same model that I had, steer clear. First off, it is equiped with the cheapes plastic mirror that you could imagine to reflect the IR signal down to the keyboard. And if you have any sort of a CF WiFi card protruding from the top of your PDA, forget it. It will block the signal...
?180 channels? is for 3 months only! After that "America's Top 180 package" rate (at that time) will apply. If you want to continue to pay just $31.99/mo you would need to downgrade to "America's Top 60".
But beware...
"If qualifying service is terminated or downgraded prior to end of...
BTW, $63.64 at Amazon.com (no rebates, no tax). I ordered one, came in OEM box, great card.
Stay away from CC rebates like this which require 2 or more rebates. You can only send original UPC for one, and the other one most always gets denied for NOT ORIGINAL UPC.
Does anyone know if CC is liquidating the store inventory themselves, or are they using one of those 3rd party liquidators? That could make all the difference in the world. If the ladder, expect to see %20 off this week %30 off next, and so on and so forth...
Just something to keep in mind, if the restaurant goes out of business, you are apparently out of luck. I had this happen to me. Sent Restaurant.com email 1/1/05, have yet to hear back from them. Not holding breath.
forgive me for not having the exact details, but the store clerk couldn't give them to me either. I by chance took 2 $4.99 jewel case games to checkout and they marked them both down to $2.50, saying there was a B1G1FREE promo on them. Different CC took 2 $9.99 jewel case games to counter...
To give credit where it is due? relatively speaking, I find BB to be one of the better retailers when it comes to fulfilling rebates. I think only once have they ever sent me a rejection letter, and all it took was one trip to the BB customer service desk and they took care of me on the spot...
Good price, but not the best card (I believe it does software encoding NOT hardware). Caused me many CPU crashes. Hauppauge PVR 250/150, though a little more $, well worth it. Also, you can sometimes find the WinTV-GO on sale at CompUSA for $20 AR.
btw, don't know if this is just in my book or not, but check out the expiration date on the %20 off DVD coupon; 3/6/04. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so is BB still honoring it since Madden 2005 was still a twinkle in John's eye on 3/6/04?
exact same thing happened to me. yes, they seem to have a problem if the rebate form isn't the one attached to the box. After having me read them the UPC off the box top, they approved the rebate. Arrived this week!
MSDN sub is different than the Action Pack sub. It is my understanding that, the MSDN is a perpetual license. When your MSDN expires, you no longer get updates, but it is still legal for you to use the software.
Technically, the software licenses expire at the end of the 1 year subscription (if U don?t renew). MS doesn't make you return the CDs and CD Keys, but I am not sure if the activation keys are still good if you don?t renew.
