Why would you need an european tuning for digital transmitter? The belkin should work fine IF you are in the area where there is less stations. If you are in big city, you are better off with cassette adaptor or the FM transmitter that plugged right into the antenna port.
Comcast is cancelling people saying they are using excessive bandwidth. So, this is good tool to kinda help you watch out.
Anyway, is it just me or everytime i restart the machine without shutdown netmeter manually first, i loose the total transfer data. It seems that it only write the file...
:) What i have heard is that these +R discs from meritline are RICOHJPN R01-002. RITEKR03 is actually 8x +R media from ritek. Not sure where to get it though.
Is it just me or this is a classic sign of your DVD drive having DMA disabled? If using winxp, go to your ctl-panel-> system -> hardware -> device-manger and uninstall both of your IDE controller. Let XP reboot and it will detect all IDE channels back. 1 1/2 hours is less than 1x, all drive have...
Sony CDR aren't all that. Sure it's better than CMC or Prodisc. But, TY are much better in term of quality. I also have good experience with Maxell and Pioneer. Ritek in the past used to be bad as well, don't know about them now.
Also, some GQ that i bought from fry's are Sony CDR. I think i...
I thought that this is an old Metal Azo not a super Azo. Super Azo is for those discs that certified at higher speed. One nice thing about these though, they are Audio CD type. So you can just use this in an standalone CD recorder. I don't know why they dont advertise it as one though.
I bought...
I don't usually crap thread and hopefully this is not considered crapping yet. But according to this. It is the same disks we got from Microcenter Bencole DVD+R in US. From my experience, those disks are just okay. Some tends to have problem toward the end of the disc on my 1300A. My 811s...
Nope. It's likely because ATA133 is more widely used now and manufacture probably want to cut cost. Even with SP1, you still need ATA133 on your system.
read this again:
Because:
Hey... it is just my opinion... If we are doing legitimate return, we will open the package anyway. So, no different.... BUT not let any exchange is too much though.
Is it just me or you guys are the one that missing the point. By not letting opened software/CD to be returned, chances are less items will be missing/damage anyway. Then less chance you will need to do a legitimate return. It is becoming a chicken and egg issue, if you think about it. :)...
Ritek Taiwan makes all RICOHJPN discs. Edge on discs depend on manufacture. It does not do that much harm to quality afaik. If you have old DVDs, you can see those bumpy edge in those as well. The newer discs seem to have better manufacture process, thus not as much bumpy as they were.
Actually, Ritek CD is kinda on a par for me. For me, Ritek made their name by making a much better DVD than others (at least more consistant quality.) Sony CDR, Maxell and even Prodisc are *sometimes* even better. That is of course when you cannot find TY.
This largely is different between...
CD/DVD have things that can detect and correct error on the discs. These include re-reading the disc. If you noticed some of your old/scratchy disc may take longer to read than other due to this reason.
The catch is that on CD audio component (discman, home player, car head unit), the disc is...
The max speed given is from descriptor in firmware by reading the media ID. There is no way around it. Upgrade your firmware to newer or else patch the descriptor on the firmware and flash it yourself.
I'd rather wait for a bit more. If you think about it 4x is around 15 minute burning time. CD...
I think those are AN32. Kwad is right, some burners work well with some media while not working well with other.
http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdmedia.php?selectmedia=1160
I bought the +R from them earlier (same price but no 4 packs for 15% off like the -R.) They are okay, but tends to go bad...
RICOHJNPR00, i think burn at 4x on some burners. Liteon 401s and NEC ... Most burners will only do 2.4x.
I'm sure that the ricoh at can go up to 8x is the RICOHJNPR01.
Just in case anyone still have a doubt. Go to officemax.com -> Weekly Instore specials -> Printable list
No the Ads is not up yet. At least in my area, but the printable list is updated.
And the rebate form is here
Don't know about other. But 192 CD is a tad heavy to carry (imagine carry 4 spindles of CD around.) I normally use a smaller binder. 96/128 is optimal size for me.
If you can stand the weight, this is really good deal.
Actually, I don't really think for everyday usage you'de need the fastest hard drive. The only thing that give you is the nice number when you do your benchmark.
Unless you deal with a lot... and i mean a lot of data. Video capture in lossless mode, for example..
Don't worry circuit city link is actually tricky to link to. But look what i've found. :)
Working Link
You guys should have noticed by now that circuit link has session id in it. Basically somebody order it using that same session id..
Try the link i made. That should work better.
Or you can just do this.
For those who don't like SP1
Quick note, ATA100 and 48-bit LBA are 2 different things. Of course, you can try using your mobo's controller directly, but your bios supposed to support 48-bit LBA.
Happy holiday.
I did not get that particular rebate also. Anyone get this rebate form at all? How many they have in store, i'm wondering? Since they have inventory of all items on computer, you'd think that they at least printed/copied enough rebate the day before. I even went to a different store they did not...
i have one of these also, bought it under "IBM" name. It works fine only if you are in very very bright room. Otherwise picture come out too dark and grainy. Again more light helps.
It's good price though.
It's $129.99 - $80 = $50.
If you are in their B&M. Bring it to the computer dept and have print the RAM order out for free. They have the SKU there.
I think it's going the same address. So, i am gonna photocopy the upc and put it in the same envelope.
I was there also at palo alto fry's. It was a mad house like aircasper said. I think it's even worse than he said. Line and line of people. I saw a lot of people grab just anything that free. Hopefully, they know how horrible fry's rebate can be.
Anyhow, a lot of rebate forms ran out. And we...
<< olson2cm, I see your point. I guess I haven't thought of it that way because I see new Dreamcasts in stores all the time still here (N.Cal). >>
Where the places you've seen them anyway? I was looking for one more to be my backup for couple days and ended up have to buy used one from ebay...
<< System is with my Dad now and he has other audio functions working fine, just not the cdrom. So I would assume it is enabled and I remember
enabling it although it was a few weeks ago. I was rushed building it, I loaded win2000 first and could not get the onboard modem working and so I...
