Question Can somoene explain the different ROG laptop lineups ?

I buy Asus ROG gaming laptops. All the lineups confuse me and require many hours of research to determine which one to buy. Unfortunately, you aren't going to find it explained anywhere. Even Asus' website doesn't explain the difference. So roll up your sleeves and spend hours researching...

USB Switch Randomly Turns Off

Just an update. The issue not resolved. I had the new motherboard for about a week. I only got to do some light gaming, so I didn't get a lot of testing time in. Unfortunately, the keyboard and mouse still randomly stop working. I even tried a new power supply, downgrading from Windows 8.1...

USB Switch Randomly Turns Off

Thanks to everyone who replied and read this thread. I believe the issue is resolved now. After trying multiple keyboards/mice, multiple USB switches, plugging the keyboard/mouse directly into the computer, buying a separate USB card, and re-installing Windows 8.1, I still ran into this issue...

USB Switch Randomly Turns Off

Hi All. I tried different USB ports and still get the same issue. If I don't use the USB switch, the keyboard and mouse work just fine. They do not cut out at all. I get the same issue with both the "Starview SV231USB KVM switch" and a brand new "Plugable USB 2.0 Switch".
