SANDRA is notoriously inaccurate when it comes to temperature readings. It is certainly not going to be more accurate then a reading from within a properly written BIOS. And it shouldn?t be more accurate then a Windows monitoring program written (and hopefully updated) by the motherboard...

The temps are wrong, I have little doubt. Just for reference to help you maybe figure a little closer to your actual temps. With a Zalman 7700AlCu and 3500+ (Newcastle) at 20C ambient I was getting 50C on the Soltek, at idle nothing overclocked. My Asus A8V with the same setup reads 32C. So...

Actually I was hoping for readings from within the BIOS setup. Let the computer warm up at idle and then reboot and enter BIOS. Windows based HW monitoring software can be inaccurate. Peace James
