    Avira Pro. When Windows 10 came out, my ISP provided free period of F-Secure ended and I tried Bitdefender, Avast and Avira Free. I liked Avira most out of them and when I found a -70% coupon for Pro I just went and bought 2 years worth. So far it has been worth it :)

    In the specifications for the W4100 50W maximum power consumption No external power... so 290W should be plenty imo. On Sapphire's page for the W4100 there is a suggestion of a 500W but that's just a suggestion.

    VisionTek Radeon HD 7750 1GB maybe? It's GCN so it isn't legacy, no external power and 4*DVI. Being DDR3 might not be desirable? But if you already have DP-DVI adapters, maybe FirePro W4100? It has 2GB GDDR5 so better.

    There are plenty of PCIe or USB DVB-T2/T/C tuners available. Even ones which support multiple tuners or CI cards if needed. For example, Digital Devices for PCIe. Or there's a chinese USB DVB-T2/C cheapo tuner that's under 20€ on ebay.

    The thing with a tv bought in the UK has DVB-T capability. Europe uses DVB-T/T2 these days. So it would work in Italy fine. A tv from the US would use ATSC if any and wouldn't work at all. Getting a DVB-T2 tuner and hooking it up via HDMI would work just fine.

    AMD R-series? They have 4-8 CUs and TDP of 12-35W. That 7600 has 6 CUs. It's just crazy expensive... the eval carrier board is 500+€, the APU module+heatsink is unknown, maybe another 500€. But it could go down to 12W which is low. Maybe in that 3-6 months, a non-development version...

    Sonera, 200min, 200txt and 1GB data. 14,90€ Plus LTE wifi with unlimited 150Mbit/s for 12,90€ (the website used to have a 10TB counter but not for a while) That wifi is for main pc and phone so that 1GB is never used much.

    I think Avira is nice. The popups in the free version can be annoying, but I got lucky and found a -70% deal with little bit of searching. 2 years of Avira Pro for about 15€ was nice. And so far it has been worth it.
