    Shot yourself in the foot, I just dumped that board and an 8320 for 125 bucks for a 860K and a A88XM-Gaming FM2+ setup. The 760G chipset on that board is from 2008, it has no SATA 6gbps support nor does it have PCIE 3.0.

    You will never see that on the FM2 platform, everything AMD is putting money into now is budget, mobile, onboard GPU and power savings. The FX chip stuff is going the way of the dinosaur. They gambled on multicore years ago and realized that was a horrible investment.

    Any of the FM2+ chips based on steamroller, as far as I have seen, do 4.5ghz easily. Above that they exponentially require more voltage per 100mhz. 4.6ghz was as high as I was able to push mine comfortably without getting over 1.6v.

    I did try booting above 2ghz and even with more voltage the board failed to boot. It's possible I could get it to go above 2 with little bit more however. Havent played with it much yet. That is something ill be looking to do this week though.
