USB Flash in DOS?

Overclocking a Pentium 4 3.0C

In case you fail to overclock the RAM, 2 ways to go. First you can set the RAM and FSB to work in an asynchronous mode in BIOS, which mean you don't have to overclock the memory together with the CPU. Secondly, if you seek better performance, use some DDR500 or even higher speed memory.

Is it possible that 450W isn't enough for a "normal" system?

I am not sure the 450w is the rated power or maximum power of your PSU. If it is a rated power, 450W should be adequate for your current system. If it's the number for max power, then an upgrade might be necessary.

I guess, the system asks for a complete address for folder with driver of the NIC. Or if you have a floppy disk/CD-ROM containing the NIC driver, specify it with the Win98.

Samsung Vs. Western Digital Vs. Hitachi 160gb

Overall performance (access speed, heat, stability) of Samsung HD is inferior to other competitors' products. Hitachi, former IBM, is just so so. WD is fine, and Seagate is also worth buying.

GF going to buy me a new computer! please advise on parts.

ATHLON 64 is ideal for gaming, and forthcoming 64-bit computing. 6800GT is superb choice, and the actual performances of various brands are very close. How about your display? it seems you didn't mention that.

WARNING - Nu Tech DDW-082 is JUNK!! (IMHO...)

According the the description above, I think the Nu DDW-082 burner should have some compatibility problem, even firmware updating doesn't work, which is really annoying.
