I am not trying to crap on this thread, but you can get new models for about $10-$20 more, on the Pros at least.
Seems like a good deal on the PE though.
This is absolutely ridiculous, IMHO. WTF are they going to do on Black Friday?
I am not too disappointed though because I have always been leery of BB and its policies.
You guys crack me up. Samsung is NOT discontinuing TCCD IC's. They simply decided to get rid of some inferior IC's and quit prodcuing TCCD IC's during most of February. As March is right around the corner they will again begin producing TCCD IC's. You all should have know it was crap...
I ordered about 1 week ago and got a 0451. It is a CBBID.
I am not sure when people will get it throught their thick skulls that no single chip can be classified as a good or great oc'er. Each chip is different and YMMV with regards to the steppings. While the CBBID's have had some poor...
We all know that ChiefValue is owned by the same company that owns Newegg. Newegg and CV will deny it if you ask them directly, but I now have the undeniable proof here.
UPDATE: appearantly Newegg visits this forum too because they made my link unavailable, so I will describe it to you. It...
When I ordered from monarch I got free FedEx ground shipping. But when my order was processed I got 2 day FedEx Express!!! I am not sure if this is going to happen for everyone or not. HOWEVER, the retards at monarch left the "6" off of my apt. number so it showed "11" instead of "116" and...
Not sure what you are seeing, but it is $169 for an OEM 3200+ s939 cpu.
I bought one this weekend for $168 and got the free shipping (5-7 days) but it is due at my door tomorrow. Somehow I got Fed-Ex 2 day shipping instead of ground. w00t!
New and Chiefvalue are both owned by ABS and they both offer the same great reliability and service. I realize someone had a slightly bad experience, but sh!t happens and I would almsot bet they would have refunded the $30 fee if contacted.
Go for the Fortron Blue Storm 500w, that is what I did. I have the DFI Ultra nForce4, 3200+ on the way from Monarch, 6600GT, 2x80GB SATA hdd's and four fans along with 3xcd/dvd drives.
I hjave seen user reviews on this HSF and they are all good. Definitely a great value here, but make sure you realize these are NOT s939 compatible for all you A64 peeps.
WTF? Where the hell you going to get a case and psu for $20? Your prices are not right dude. If you buy stuff at those prices please provide the link, I am sure we would all like to shop there!
Ummm, do you even know that the E0 SS cpu's are NOT gonig to be lower end, at least not to start with. Their arrival will not effect the 3000 or 3200 most likely.
ATI will never support SLI, because SLI is exclusive to nVidia. ATI will have cards that support running them in pairs, but it will be called something else.
I was emailing svc.com yesterday about the 3200+ OEM. While I was waiting on my fianl answer from them before ordering the price jumped $25. I emailed and aksed them to sell it to me for the original price since I had indicated I wanted to buy it, but I needed a couple questions answered...
Thee will never be any ATI that will run in SLI becuase SLI is an nVidia thing. ATI will have video cards that run as a pair, but it will be called something entirely different.
I emailed them to ask about steppings, but their reply was they get random steppings so they couldn't tell me what I would get. I still think I will jump on this one tomorrow.
I never said they were quiet. I don't mind mind sacrificing a bit of noise for improved airflow. 35 dba is my limit, which these are, but they also push 86.5 cfm! Persoanlly I OC and I need a fan like this one, but if you want quiet you will want a different flavor.
I was looking to get soem Panaflo 120mm fans for my Super LanBoy and stumbled across a helluva deal. Inflow Direct has them here for $6.00 each! I got two with USPS Priority shipping for $18.75. That is almost as cheap as one from many other shops. Their reseller was great, but the last...
Nope, it sucks for gaming, IMHO. I bought one and my frag rate took a serious hit in America's Army. I went back to my MicrsoSUX IE mouse in days. IF you want a good gmaing mouse go the MX510 route.
