    You're not reading. Look again at the benchmark configurations. 2xAA and 0xAA yield the same numbers? Vista and XP yield the same numbers, down to the last digit? 8800GT is faster than 8800GTX (swapped numbers)?

    I think the Red looks better than silver. Results are certainly better than TheInq's predicted 7%, but in-line with what I expected. After all, overclocking R580's RAM yielded great results which means that the X1900XTX was starved on bandwidth. BTW, X1950XTX will retail for $399 MSRP...

    Bump on the old thread! I finally ran 3dmark06 per request! However, please keep in mind this was done with an "underclocked" Opteron 144... due to the heat, I can no longer run at 3.08ghz.... it's now running at 2.7ghz. Also the X1900GT is running a tad slower.... I can probably bump it up...
