Yeah I know that part... what I mean is that my flashdrive may pop up on drive F... and yours may be drive E and another's would be drive G... is there a command that will go detect and automatically put the drive letter in the script location for the backup to go?

I Think I have a hidden, stubborn virus/malware/trojan

Take the hard drive out and put it as a secondary drive on another machine. Use malwarebytes and also your antivirus to scan and clear all malware and viruses from that particular drive. Then place it back in the original machine and then boot up. Check it for operability.
