Not to be stupid or a smart a$$ but have you tried clearing the CMOS on both of the boards and then booting up. Had what I thought was a bad blash happen a few time but clearing the CMOS corrected the problem.
Try downloading the SATA drivers and making your own driver disk. I have had same thing happen before. Or reset the CMOS and start setting up the Bios fresh, you might be over looking something. You also have to load both drivers (Sata and Storage).
Check the CPU settings, my were set at "Start up" when I first built my system and installed XP. Needless to say things went slow till I set everything up in the Bios properly.
I would really like to find a good active cooling solution for my Chipset. Was looking at This I've always used Vantec but the NF3 chipset is a little larger that the NF2. Any suggestions would be great.

I up graded to the newest nForce chipset drivers, after that my Soltek Hardware Monitor program is going crazy, No fans listed then they start popping up, Temps are all over the place and so are voltages. In the Bios its the same thing. Went to flash my bios and my floppy isn't working either...
