I've been running FIOS 15mbps for almost a month now. It's fairly stable and generally it's difficult to max out the bandwidth on most servers.
Definitely good for Usenet and other high bandwidth servers but even then, most servers top out at around 1.5MBs/sec... that's friggin fast...

Well, manual shift autos are just that... automatic transmissions with electronics and modified valve bodies that actuate gear changes. It's pretty much asking an electric motor to select "2" with old style autos. And it's not nearly as fast as a DSG transmission nor an SMG.
