Tankguys.com shows the 144 CAB2E as IN STOCK for 149.99. (No tax unless you live in Michigan) It comes with a stock heatsink and 3 yr warranty from AMD.
I cancelled out of of my Buy.com order and got one coming to me from TankGuys. They dropped the price from $163 to $155 and do not charge tax unless you are in Michigan. USPS service will get it to me in 2-3 days. They send emails at each stage and tell you stepping ect.

My Nero is old. As in ver. 5.5.3.0 which is a bundled verion for an old 24x CD RW. I guess that means I need to buy the Nero 6.3. I doubt that a new NEC 3540 would work well with it.
