By Law here in GA and I am sure most other states you have the right to back out of a contract for an automobile for 48 hours after the contract has been signed. The way the dealership kept telling him to call back tomorow seems to me they just wanted to get past the 48 hour cooling of period...

Service Pack 2 really locks down XP. You need to set the share permissions on the directory you are sharing out. Plus you will need to set the NTFS permissions.
