6800GT temps

Rivatuner reads the temps as, Core 54c, Ambient 38c. Thinking about the Zalman VF900, I have the VF700 on hand might try that.

6800GT temps

What is the most reliable way to monitor temps on the 6800GT? The nVIDIA utility shows 55c and speedfan is showing 48c.Is there another utility I can use to monitor temps? Is the 6800GT normally a hot runnig card? I have the Artic cooling NV5 rev3 cooler on it and the temps havent dropped...

What are the usual temps for a 6800gt

I had the Accelero X1 and my idle temp was 50c, Before that the stock cooler was 58c.I installed the NV5 rev3 and now my idle temp is 52c. I figured that since it exhuasted the hot air out the back it might be a better cooling solution. BTW everest records the temp at 43c and the nVidia...

Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu OR Thermalright XP-120

I use the Zalman on a A64 3500 and with AS5 the idle temp is 32c, What are your system specs?

Vcore help

I changed my mobo from an A8V Deluxe to a A8V-E Deluxe, The vcore has changed from 1.5 on the A8V Deluxe to 1.6 on the A8V-E Deluxe. I have it set in the bios to 1.5 but in the hardware manager,Asus probe and Speedfan it shows it at 1.6. Will this hurt my CPU in the long run or is it OK. THe cpu...

Hardware monitor for XP64 bit

I have installed the XP64 bit trial edition, I have MBM5 installed but it is reading the CPU and system temps at 22c and17c which is impossible to belive. Can anyone help me to find the right HW monitor?

A64 3000 90nm Retail Box or OEM if same price?

You will get a better waranty with retail and if the price is that close then I would go retail . Someone correct me if I m wrong but arent oem cpus sold that way because they dont really make the grade.

Asus A8v deluxe N/B cooling

I noticed that the N/B cooler on the A8V Deluxe looks kinda cheap, Is there a need for an active cooling solution on this board and if so what would you say is the best to get ? I was thinking maybe the Thermalright N/B cooler.

marvel gigabit

Just installed mobo that has the Marvel gigabit lan, When I plug it into my router it says that the network connection is unpluged. In the device manager it says that the device is working properly, what can I do to resolve this problem and connect to the internet

I used that duct mod on a system that I sold and it didn't reduce the noise in fact it was a little louder than without it. I only saw a 1c difference in my idle temp and its funny because the load temp was the same,go figure! I think from system to system the results are not the same so you may...
