I had the same problem with the USB keyboard. It would just freeze in bios. I used a Ps2 keyboard to work in the bios and to install windows. After that I used a USB keyboard.
I am putting a core i5 750 in a silverstone SUG01-F with a stock heatsink. I would like to use a better heatsink so I can overclock it a little. Is anybody using a heatsink that fits in a SFF fine and can overclock?

yup installed on different computers. I installed the 32bit version. passed the activation without any problem. so I can confirm they are two different keys that work with 32bit/64bit windows
well once I start the system, VGA posts fine but DVI does not post.. This is on the M2N-sli deluxe
On my other system, Asus A8R-MX, DVI and vga posts fine..
