YMMV-
I went and got Civ4 with 49 BBB's and the cashier simple swept them into the trash.
So there is a chance for the double dip, I scanned them before going to the store ;)
That pisses me off the changing of the video game policy. I ended up entering the codes online then picking up in store when i used my first set of BBB's.
