Can not access For Sale/Trade Thread

I'd like to purchase a used CPU but cannot access the FS/FT boards either. I seem to have met both requirements as this login is over 8 years old and I've exceeded the 25 post minimum. Any suggestions? Thanks! *edit* working now after waiting for login db sync. Thanks!

yeah, i'd use google if i was looking for coupons, I just wanted to share the ones I weren't using. I'm not about to sell them... seems crazy to me.

Looking for an excellet automatic fan controller? Check out the t-balancer.

At the risk of sounding like a fanboy, I'd like to post my positive experiences w/ mCubed and their t-balancer fan controller. Not that I'm trying to represent them, but their service and product have truly impressed me, and I believe they deserve some positive word of mouth. Here's a repost...

Retail Antec Phantom 350 Fanless PSU $145 with shipping!

I have to admit, it is quite intimidating running fanless. My entire system only has 3 fans including the CPU, and it draws tons of power. Most of the time, those fans aren't even moving much, so the airflow is pretty stifling. Thankfully, everything has been running incredibly smoothly...

Retail Antec Phantom 350 Fanless PSU $145 with shipping!

I've been using this PSU for over a month and it is seriously sweet! Powers my box 24/7 like a champ. Lowest froogle price right now is around $140 i think. I bought mine for about $165 shipped, so it seems like quite a deal. Highly recommended PSU.

Just picked up my gigabyte 6800 last week from newegg and can confirm that they still come shipped w/ 8 pipes enabled. You still hafta do the bios update.

GigaByte Geforce 6800 (GV-N68128DH) question

With video cards, my personal opinion is that the GPUs are fairly resilient. That said, I'd like to believe that as long as you're not getting any artifacts while running high-stress benches, you're in good shape. To me, the high temperature wouldn't matter much if it isn't causing problems...

Klipsch or Logitech

i have the promedia 4.1's; had them ever since they came out actually. My friends have z-560s and while they're nice, the Klipsch's DEFINITELY sound better. The highs are fantastic (some say too clear actually), and the sub is incredibly accurate and loud. They certainly sound way better than...

the fan for the zalman vga cooler isn't THAT quiet. Was it called the OP-1? It's not particularly loud, but you'll probably get more and more into silencing your box (read: obsessed) as you start to quiet down your machine. If you can, see if you can passively cool your video card. I hear...

get the 7000AlCU; works well and is cheap. Don't get that thermaltake... whatever you do. I had one, and the panaflos are MUCH better...
