the cheaper launch price really helps... PS3 was US$499 for the 20GB and US$599 for the 60GB... I have to wait till 2008 for the PS3 MGS4 for the PS3 to get to the 399$ mark that the current PS4 has at launch. So 3 mils at year end is a piece of cake to Sony.

Buy A Ultra Wide IPS Monitor 2560X1080 Or Wait For 4K/OLED?

27 inch 2560x1440 is only 300$ now, just get it imo... 4k monitor is still 2-3 years to be more affordable

Thinking about buying a 2560 x 1440 monitor...

I got mine for 270$ ... but I ordered it from accessorieswhole qoo10 Singapore store, overclocked it to 110 Hz without any problem, but I am running it daily at 96Hz cuz there is lot of calibration profile at 96Hz

Is anyone actually excited about the 2014 flagship phones?

Intel labels Ultrabooks a Failure

In many case, it is actually more expensive to get an ultrabook vs MBA... for example Sony VAIO Pro 13 vs Macbook Air 2013... Sony has better screen (full HD IPS) while MBA is 50$ cheaper and has stronger GPU and longer battery life. -> I went with MBA and bootcamp Windows 7, the best of both...

Best Inexpensive SSD for a Macbook Pro?

get a slightly used Samsung 830 , u can get it for about less than Samsung 840 250 GB, but it is faster, has more storage, and is a MLC so more durable. that is what I have done. Bought a Samsung 830 256 GB for 130$, with only 3.1 TB written.

after a lot of googling I am leaning toward a Nikon D7000 18-105mm kits ($1500) + Nikon 35mm f/1.8G ($200) , and around $100 for a camera bag, screen protector, UV filters, CF cards, wireless remote, etc or the D7000 body only + Nikon 35mm f/1.8G = $1400, so I have around $500-$600 for another...
