I had been with Netflix for a few months and had no issues with relatively fast turn around. But then they didn't have a DVD I wanted where Blockbuster had it. So I signed up for one of BB free 1 month trial and put a few DVDs on my queue.
I received the first shipment reasonably fast and...
Not sure about regular saving accounts but it let me link ING direct account. So I'd assume other savings accounts should be fine too. For me initial funding was from checking account and then additional account linked was ING.
Pretty happy with Emigrant-Direct here. Opened an account about mid-January with only $1 and then moved more money once I linked ING Direct account. Now we have our emergency funds there (6 months expenses) because it's enough of a sum for the foreseeable future (hopefully won't need to touch it...
Not quite on par with emigrant direct yet but closing the gap and making switching less attractive than before for people over the fence.
One can only hope they keep bumping their rates until they're really competitive again. :)
Looks like it's back in stock at $499 with same rebates today (2/22) on their website.

Searched but didn't see this deal posted. Those look like good quality media from reputable brand.
$37 for pack of 100 or $72 for 200 in which case, order is over $50 and you also get a free 5 pack of DVD-R 8X (adds to the cart automatically).
You can get 10% off using a promotion code...
I could buy the "inflation" claims but check out most increases. Most are between +50% and +100%. They would have had to not raise their prices for about 10 years and still come ahead of inflation (say 3%/yr).
I could believe a rise in operating costs by about 10% passed onto customers but...
If you don't think the game is worth what they're charging for it, vote with your wallet and don't buy or play it. Simple as that.
There are tons of things i don't buy because I don't think they're worth the money. This is just another decision. If tons of people play those games and are...
My 30" from microcenter came with 1 dead pixel (red) in top left corner. In 16:9 mode it's in the black area above the picture so easy to notice from close but otherwise picture is great. Remote is ok and very happy with it. I'd probably go with the 27" of this deal however. The panel size is...
I wonder how long their test stores were with the new policies to test effectiveness on consumers. I know if the barrys and jills find out they're gonna get hit with 15% restocking fee if they really don't like the items shoved down their throats by the sales staff (read clueless kid with Xbox...
Yeah and VA got the same panny display for $4 less and you can't compare the level of service with ecost. I'd second that recommendation to avoid ecost.
It's not that great a price that you'd want to take a risk with this. So considering the vendor, not sure this is really a hot deal at all.
Casual MMORPG gamer is probably spending about 10 hr/week or less.
Majority is spending 10-20 hr/week
Powergamers probably spend about 6-12 hr/day in it. In a month, that's a LOT of game time for the subscription fee.
Usually those games are so demanding that people playing them don't have...
I'm running two of those at 2326 at 200 MHz as well because motherboard (soltek nF3 250 Gb) had some problems handling the auto setting (2226).
No problem with the memory at those setting so far and system is very stable. Pretty happy with purchase for that price.
Mine show the same exact number but they're 2.6V insted of 2.5V. 2.6 V sounds in line with specs from Kingston so might be A version after all for me.
I'm in Ohio and it shipped from here too.
Seems still alive to me. Just ordered one (got free shipping by adding some small stuff to get over $50) and got a message that it was ready to be shipped.
But they have a note saying it depends on regional availability so YMMV. Mine was in central OH.
Rebate is only valid till 10/10 in...
Yeah if they're shipping the non-A version when they have the KHX3200A/512 specs and title, that'd be fraud, not a typo. :(
I bet it'd be their first time too ;)
The tag on the spreader certainly say KHX3200/512. I'll try to test setting CAS to 3 to see if this trick works.
Outpost quotes CAS 2-3-2-6-1 (CAS Latency 2) SO I'm assuming it's a typo for 2-2-2-6.
It's the KHX3200A/512 type with CL2 so I wonder if it's not a mispring but this looks like a super deal on very high quality memory that usually goes for around $140 elsewhere.

Only caveat is that you can only order 1 but grandma might want one too...
The other thing I was wondering about it is whether the OCing of the BFG is just a gimmick or if it has a noticeable impact on performance compared to other 6800 cards. And of course, the overclockability of the two cards might be different.
Not sure that I've seen reviews on the XFX one but the BFG 6800 OC got a decent review from HardOCP (in August).
They compared it to the X800 Pro IIRC.
Sorry if it's a repost but I saw this deal and thought it was kinda hot since they're usually around $300 elsewhere.
