My experience has been what RIGorous1 said. If anyone is curious though, there's a great site to find out which manufacturers makes which Kenmore appliances.

Kinda strange. Several hours after my order was canceled I checked the webpage and it still said "in stock" and let me add it to my cart (actually it let me add 100 of them to my cart). I called to check availability and they said they were all out and it should be removed off the web site...
I can't testify to the quality of the batteries yet but the ordering process at BYD was smooth and man are they fast. I ordered the charger/batteries combo and some extra CR123 Li batteries for my IS binocs at 8:15AM this morning and received an email that the order had shipped at 12:45PM.

I need to add a "me too" on the rebate form. I just got a postcard from the rebate center saying that I didn't include the form with my rebate submission. Unfortunately, it's gone from the OD rebate center pages. If someone has a copy or scan they could (e)mail me I'd really appreciate it...
FYI,
I did what Anami did this morning and they gave me the coupon discounts without a hassle. They still have it marked $99 on the shelves here in Bloomington, IN. If they accept the rebate for a B&M purchase rather than Online then it will still be $50.
BTW, it is a Plus 9 drive...
A better bet might be the FAR (Staples, starting Sunday 11/13) Sterling modem. It uses the Conextant chipset but according to this account:
http://www.mbsi.ca/pipermail/hsflinux/2002q2/000134.html
is also Linux compatable. I'll be giving it a try...

I noticed this too but there seem to be NO reviews out on this board (a Google search on "MSI KT4VL" only gets about a half dozen hits). Please post, if anyone has any info.
OOps, sorry about that (above).
It was my understanding that the lifetime guarantee only applies to Craftsman hand tools, not power tools. At least that's what I was told at my local Sears.
The usbkeydrive link in the original post now points to a 32mb version for $22.95. No drivers are needed for these on WinME, 2K, XP, of Macs, and they are supposed to be completely hotswappable. Linux support is claimed but untested.

FWIW, I don't have AmEx and didn't want to bother with the PM stuff, so I tied the scanner in with the TurboTax/Quicken/Norton/Etc. rebates deal. When all is said and done it should be $25 out of pocket after a $30 off $150 coupon and all the associated rebates (could be $5 but I don't have an...
I got an ad from E-cost the other day listing these speakers (among other things) for $17 but when I went to E-cost they showed up as $9.99 (for the grey ones, $21.80 for black).
When they came out in 1999 they went for, ~$90, now generally found for ~$30.
Reviews list weaknesses as...
I don't know how well stocked they are but your local American Legion is a good place to buy a flag. They generally don't qualify as Hot Deals, but they're made in America and the money goes to a good cause. I think ours was ~$25.00 for a 4x6. Just a thought I hadn't seen mentioned in any of...
I was just shopping for a Duron 750 or 800 and noticed on pricewatch that www.z-buy.com has free shipping (FedEx 3-day freight) on all their CPUs. That makes them the lowest shipped price out there for these CPUs. z-buy doesn't appear at BizRate but they do get a 5.2/7 rating at...
From what I've gathered, this is the Ricoh 7063A ATAPI drive. Aside from some busmastering driver incompatabilities it appears to be a respectable drive. In another thread it was mentioned that this drive can't do CloneCD (whatever that is, it wasn't explainied).
What I'm interested in...
I was at Lowe's last night picking up some stuff and I noticed they the Toshiba SD1600 player originally marked at $200 and a second sign pricing them at $159.99. I just looked it up and the best deals I see online are all around $200 shipped. If I'm not mistaken this is a pretty decent price...
