The only software that interests me is the Server 2008, if it's not the full version then I will not bother going at all.
My registered conference is about midway through the dates so I guess I'll wait and see if it;s worth the trip for me as it over an hour or more away.
My one and only question on this deal: Will this RAM run stable at 1.8v? Most OEM boards will not let you touch the voltage so it limits you pretty quick on after market modules. Or in my case a Intel board which will not let you adjust voltages.
Anyone know?
I went to get the 800 kit and the deal was dead again. I saw it at noon and went to lunch with my wife, cam back and it had gone up again. Too slow, but maybe it will come back.
I have looked all over but cannot find what voltage this ram runs at. Anyone know what it is for the 800 ram? 1.8? I cannot adjust my voltage on the Intel board I have.....
I got the game also and am really loving the game so far, it looks great and is a great game to try out my new Core 2 Duo PC build I finished this week. Thanks so much OP! I'm very impressed with the game, a lot of fun but I fear getting owned online so I got to keep playing the single player...
Thank OP! I read this two days ago and after thinking and thinking - I had to jump. It was too good to pass up. I just ordered @ the $255 price, now the waiting begins.....
I have a car from them in my driveway right now. I got a brand new Nissan Maxima with only 100 miles on it, I'm the first renter. Now this is a rental car!! I was in and out in less than 8 mins, no problems. I will use them again anytime.
To get the max in chips you have to take the tests the month they come out, and log in four times a month. When the tests are new they are worth more points. I got the bundle last year and am using it now, but I don't think I'm getting this years bundle. Even though it dual core it's 2.8 and...
I have hooked up this router and the Linksys and Netgear versions. This one is no good. It does not have very good range at all, no better than regular Linksys G routers. I was suprised, sorta. The Linksys is OK, and I love Linksys products, but the best MIMO I've used so far is the Netgear...

Monster link, I know. Took me all of two clicks on their website to find it.
Yep, What he said. I just finished building my pc w/ NCQ and it works fine, but you have to enable it before you start and load the driver from a floppy while installing windows. Good luck!
I'm running Media Center so NCQ should help me out a bit I hope.
I used to live in a house where the shower handles in the basement would shock you a little when you were turning off the water. Talk about a suprise when you first turned off the water! It REALLY hurt you of you had a cut on your hand, arm, or head. I remember after I was in a pretty bad car...
Tandy TRS80 Model III - I had a whopping 128k of memory and a cassette player hooked up as my drive. Coded in BASIC all day long on that computer. Then I moved to a couple of 8086/8088 machines and even got a 10MB HD. The first one I bought new was a 486sx with 4Mb of ram and 80Mb HD 14...
It helped me out also, it was a noticable load time increase.

It's a 9600XT not a 9800XT for 199 - 100 mail-in rebate = $99
I wish it was a 9800 but no luck this year. I need PCIE anyway so I did not even have any hope this year.
NCQ will work on the new 915 and 925 chipsets from Intel also I believe. Also the NCQ is suposed to work on late model 7200.7 drives - supposed to be an update, but I do not know how to tell from the drive labels. Any ideas when the 7200.8 drives will be released and what the changes will be?
