try setting your memory to 166 (ie 333 effectively). that should solve the problem. Havent come across 2500+ running at 400Mhz FSB...

1Gb = 1024MB, 1MB = 1024 KB.....so ita actually a 120,000,000,000 bytes HDD.....not a 120 gig HDD........... try [{ (120,000,000,000/1024)/1024}/1024] and that may be the actual size of your HDD

Let us presume that there are tiny specks of dust on the PCB. Then even if distilled water gets condensed on the components, it does conduct more because it mixes with the dust........

How do people run on 1024x768??

1280*1024, at 1600*1200 everything becomes a bit choppy, esp, when you exit games and the desktop takes ages to refresh. Im using an FX-5950 ultra and my rig has got 1 gig of RAM, but still it is choppy at that res.

put it in a different PCI slot and re-install drivers after that.....I had an SB live! 5.1 and I had similiar problems....when i installed it in another slot, it started working....

which souncard is it? are there any device conflicts with the soundcard? Try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers....
