Guys,
Maybe one of you have come across this before. A friend of mine has a Dell 924 All-In-One and he cannot print B & W. He used to be able to check that option for this type of printing but it is gone now. I am sure there is some option that he is changing that isn't allowing him to do...
It would be nice to find a forum like this one but for web design where users regularly post and are helpful. Does anyone know of any good ones with quick posts to questions. Topics of interest are PHP, Flash, CSS and others.
I'm surprised nobody is familiar with this stuff. I believe getting your data back is a function of whether the space has been overwritten? Any ideas or software I can try?
My question is it even possible. I Windows formatted WinME on FAT32 and put WinXP with NTFS on the computer and of course now it would be nice to have some of that old data back. Specifically the Outlook Express Address Book, old Outlook Express email and Favorites. Is there even software...
I recently purchased the ip4200 from Canon and found that it needs the Canon 8 series of ink (except for the black). When I go to ink resellers they direct me to the 6 series of inks? Does anyone know the differences between the two and if they are interchangable?
I got myself involved with creating a brochure for a company and I am looking to save a little money on paper. I have no idea if there is a 'good' brochure paper out there or if they are all the same. Here is what I am kindof looking for. I will also be purchasing a printer (Canon ip4200...
Hey, I saw a post about 3 weeks ago containing a list of free e-books about programming and the like. Can someone please give me the link, I have been looking for it for a while now.
Thanks!
This is the chip that I might get. And yes they do make 13.5g real clay chips but I wanted something better than that.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...=1&ssPageName=WDVW
I appreciate the input guys but that metal filled, clay injected stuff just isn't what I am looking for. I am still looking for somebody with experience with that two (or maybe three) tone stuff. There are many websites but I can't tell one from another. Anybody have any knowleged on those...
Hey guys,
I am finally going to be taking the expensive plunge into buying my own Poker Chips. I know there are a lot of chips on Ebay, most of which are metal covered in ABS. I guess the ABS part isn't that bad, I believe casino's now use Composite materials but casino's usually have two...
So a friend of mine is starting a little in-home music teaching business and she wants a color laser printer, copier, scanner. She will be working with a lot of sheet music so accuracy is imperitive. Also do any come with photo restoration software similiar to the Epson Ink Jets? Can you even...
I was just wondering if any of you can recommend and free software to password protect your computer when entering Win XP. I am working on an old computer so it doesn't have any bios options so something software will just have to work. Thanks.
So I got my new case today, got her all plugged in and *POP* -- Huge flash from the PS area and everything went dead. I think I got a retard powersupply. I tried another PS and luckily it didn't fry anything else in the computer. Just a heads up! Although I am not complaining, 16.99 shipped...
Ok, so I picked up a NF7-M because I am not big into games and thinking it's overclocking abilities must be close to the NF7-S. I was definitely wrong, I could run my 1800 @ 2.45Ghz on a cheap AK79D-400VN, I can't keep the system stable @ 2.3Ghz now. Has anyone tried any overclocking with...
Hey guys, I picked up an NF7-M thinking it would have an overclocking potential somewhat close to a NF7-S, and I was definitely wrong! I had my 1800 cruising along at 11*225 = 2.5Ghz on a cheap Aopen AK79D-400VN. I thought I would at least be able to get results close to that board. Nope, I...
The deal is hot don't get me wrong but I am looking at a 12 day shipping time for Michigan!!! I am not going to wait that long as I am sure a lot of others won't either.
Yeah, I probably gave a bit too much credit to the 4600 8x, let's be honest the 9600XT and 4600 8x are extremely similiar in frame rates.
Does anyone have any pictures where we can see advantages of a DX9 screen shot compared to the same application being run with DX8? Thanks.
Just a little more fuel to the fire. I mainly play Quake 3 and and COD
Benchmarks:
Quake 3
Radeon XT > 164fps
4600 8x > 191fps
COD
Radeon XT > 95 fps
4600 8x > 100fps
There are far more games where the 4600 still beats the 9600 in than it trails even to this day. For someone with a budget...
Weird, I get no errors from completing memtest but stock clocking the memory back to pc2100 gets rid of the installation and unzipping problems. Some things are too good to be true I guess :P.
Well I ran memtest for 30 minutes (does that sound right, does this program usually run for that long?), I think I got through test 6 or something, I got no errors. I am unfamiliar with this program. The problem is that this computer will let me install some things and won't let me install...
I just put on a fresh XP Pro install twice and I am getting installation errors. Like this is the first think I have tried to do. I am getting an error with zipped documents saying something like the crcXXXXXXXX should be fpXXXXXXXXXX. I also tried to just install simple Ad-Aware software and...
Ok, finally getting some free time...I found out that we have Winbond CH-6 chips, commonly of the pc2700 flavor. W942508CH-6 I still have the memory running at 400Mhz with no problems, I will find the latency numbers later. I am going to do some testing to see if I can crash it.
Of course the logical choice for pc3200 would be that www.tblmemory.com pc3200 CH-5 256M of Buffalo for about 43 shipped, for anyone that missed that thread :P.
