Per Guru3D review it is supposed to be a 2 year warranty though I could not find anything to back that as Newegg shows it as only a year.

Thanks for the post! I picked up this proc along with the mobo ugotdeals owns.
ugotdeals, what RAM and cooler do you own? Also, if you OC, what kind of speeds are you seeing?
TIA
We just need to get it in our heads that 1T is not as big a deal as the benchmark programs make it out to be. Though I understand the frustration of spending top dollar on a component and not being able to run it a stated settings.
With dual cores does each CPU have a memory controller? If...
Cruise51 a lot of people are hitting the 270 wall, including me, with the official BIOS. Some are reporting they can get more using the Beta 1 BIOS. The downside is that it seems to cause other issues like cold boots.
Also, I've heard of people getting using the vcore mod. That's what I'm...
Don't know what bully is slang for but I assume it's a diss......
I have no problem with folks wanting to maximize performance. If 4FPS makes that much difference to a person I would hope that they would not buy a "budget" board like this. Would they just not save up for that shiney ASUS...
It's scary flashing this thing using a floppy, I would not even want to think about flashing this board in Windows.;)
I have heard of people flashing with CDs and USB drives.
So you're telling me if you got 96FPS instead of 100FPS in game that would devastating? To each his own I guess but it would not make the slightest difference to me.
There are now two different vcore and vdimm mods.
These first two(1vcore, 1vdimm) are from RHCF:

The second vdimm is from OCW and may have came directly from ASRock:

To be honest with you I don't expect them to come out with a BIOS that will give us any higher VDIMM. Bluetooth over at OCWB has stated that they will not as well. I tend to believe him as he has a relationship with ASRock.
Oh, yeah, forgot to mention that Polygon stated he was going to try to get a VDIMM mod going for the board as well.
That will satisfy the hardcore overclockers. If they jump on board with us then I can see this board taking off. Who knows, maybe tictac, trats, or merlin will start making...
Mine just came from eWiz right before I left for work. It was well packed and everything seemed ok. Just trying to give you a bit more confidence with buying from as this was my first purchase from them as well.
I'll be putting everything together tonight when I get home from work, wish me luck.
I just bought another 512*2 pack of Patriot XBL 3200 and decided to add another 512 stick to my NF-7s v2 before I upgraded it tomorrow.
This RAM is rated 3200 but when I added the third DIMM I kept getting BSOD. I ended up checking the manual and found that when all 3 DIMMS are filled you...
I seen people saying the audio chip was so-so. I also found a blurb about the caps on another forum. I take it they are "good" caps.

Seems Rubycon cpas are good.

Cool.
Well since you posted about Abit and Gigabyte coming out with boards you can add Jetway. It kinda looks like theirs will be out sooner rather than later.

For those that still want to purchase this board it's still in stock at eWiz.

I ordered the board and a 3000 from them, too bad it won't be here till Tuesday. I should have sprung for the UPS 3 day.:(
It does seem like a great board. This review makes me feel a little better about ordering it now.
Hopefully ASRock takes everyone's advice and starts making better BIOS' for it.
