The MC in Fairfax, VA still has 16 of these in stock. Except that it's the LT30HVS model. Single tuner vs dual tuner for the LT30HV model. That's the only difference that I could tell.
The 858-755-9750 number is supposed to be their corporate number but all I get is a "We're sorry. The number you have dialed..." I also tried their tech support number with the same response.
I just got the Rosewill RP-550 and I can confirm that the manufacturer is ATNG Power of Taiwan. Same manufacturer as the CoolMax power supplies it seems. I'm currently using the CoolMax CX-500 and so far it's been working fine. No complaints here.
Anyone know if MadDog Multimedia is still in business? I tried to call their main office number - 858.755.9750, to inquire about a rebate and I can't connect. Getting the automated "We're sorry, the number you have dialed...". Their tech support number is also no good.
According to the manufacturer, it does support HDTV out. They didn't include the breakout pod though.
If you intend to use it strictly for HDTV or DVD, this card should be sufficient. For gaming, the GT would be better.
B@st@rds only shipped me 1 but billed me for 2 also. CSR says out of stock but will issue a credit for the missing one. Riiiiiight... methinks the price will be higher when they do come back in stock. :| :| :|
