If I'm not mistaken, 32 bit XP will address about 3.2G of RAM. You won't get your full 4G, but you will certainly get more than 2G.

I just wanted to follow up to say that I bought a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer. The header on the card worked fine with my Antec Nine Hundred case. I now have working front jacks on my case off a X-Fi card.
