    IBM has had alot of problems, out of my friends 3 drives he bought, 2 died in 3 months (OEM no warranty). I bought 2 120GB drives, returned one got another, 2 out of 3 made a clicking noise. Though, the IBM 13.5 GB drives I had are still working after being on almost 24 hours a day for 3 years.

    Mine was denied because I didn't send original Reciept... I BOUGHT IT AT DELL... THERE IS NO RECIEPT! I sent the packing slip, the most original piece of info showing item and purchase date. We should sue them, not only that but it just came up on the website a year later.
