    I would RMA to ATI, Its very fast and you will get a 9800 pro or better in most cases. If you have the same problem with new card then we know it was not the vid card/ or you could RMA both to be sure, thogh I doubt its the Mobo.

    ok, do you have another or older AGP card. if so try it. if you still have problem. Its somthing else. if it doeant it is the video card,. which will have to be returned or Rma'ed

    yes you should. I guess you would not have to but you are pretty much garenteed to experience some difficulties. I highly recommend it. make sure you install your new chipset drivers also.

    try to switch companents if possible. Monitor on new System and the video card in a different system. Thogh I would say its the video card. The good thing is, You will need to RMA to ATI and you will probrolly get a 9800 pro. and they are pretty fast also.
