What PSU should i get?

For around $60, would you say that the Corsair posted is my best bet? Or should I spend $10 more and get something like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000X24ISU/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=electronics Thanks!

PC no longer turns on

It doesn't turn on :(. So I need a new power supply. What would you recommend? And I do have my CPU overclocked, but its only a 10% overclock so nothing on my motherboard should be fried.

What PSU should i get?

My only concern with that is the meter's are around $25 and a New PSU runs around $55-60, so it seems like a smarter investment to just get a new PSU.
